Delivery Duties Paid. Import duties and taxes on US orders are paid by Raid Supply before your parcel leaves the UK. Nothing to pay on arrival. Typical weights: a pair of combat boots ≈ 2kg, an MTP smock ≈ 1.2kg, a PLCE webbing set ≈ 2.5kg.

Duties and VAT included. European prices shown on the site already include import duty and VAT, so the figure at checkout is the figure you pay. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Why international prices are slightly higher than UK prices
Every overseas parcel needs a customs declaration, HS coding, a tracked international label and duty settlement. That work is built into the international price rather than added as a surprise at your door.
Dispatch and tracking
Order before 1:00 PM Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is printed. An international parcel is not classed as lost until 25 working days after the due date; after that we replace or refund, your choice.
Returns from abroad
30 days from receipt, item unworn with tags. Return postage is at your cost and must be tracked. Full policy: Refund Policy.
Sizing
British Army boots are sized in UK sizes with a width fitting (Medium or Wide). Smocks and jackets use height/chest in centimetres (e.g. 180/96). Each product page has the conversion table. Unsure? Email info@raidsupply.com with your usual size and we will confirm before you order.
