About our cold weather gear

This is genuine British Army cold weather kit, chosen for a wet British winter: Arctic sleeping bags, Gore-Tex boots and jackets, thermal tops and bottoms, Norgie shirts, the PCS thermal (Buffalo-style) smock, cold weather hats and Gore-Tex mittens. New Battalion insulated jackets are labelled as new.

  • How it fits together: a wicking base layer, an insulating mid layer, then a windproof or Gore-Tex shell.
  • Cold Weather Setup: the four-piece set is discounted against buying the pieces separately.
  • Every item is graded by hand before it ships: Super Grade (cleanest issued kit, minimal use), Grade 1 (good serviceable, light wear) or Grade 2 (heavier wear, fully usable). The grade you choose is the grade packed.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail tracked service. UK delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
