I'm normally a size 10.5 in boots so I ordered an 11, but I struggled to get them on. I returned to exchange for a size 12, which fit really well with decent socks on. Great service on the exchange. I normally manage to destroy a pair of walking boots every year, but these look and feel much tougher and have a really good design on the tongue to keep water out. This has been a weak point on some other boots I've had.
