Every item is graded so you know exactly what you're getting:

Brand New / Unissued — Unused military surplus. May have minor storage marks.

Supergrade — Excellent used condition with very minimal signs of wear.

Grade 1 — Good used condition. May show light wear, marks, fading or previous owner identification, but fully serviceable.

Grade 2 — Heavily used but serviceable. Expect noticeable wear, marks, repairs, fading or cosmetic damage.

Military surplus sizing differs from civilian high-street sizing, so check our Size & Condition Guide before you order — it covers NATO and UK conversions for jackets, shirts and trousers, plus notes on fit for specific items (Altberg boots, for example, are known to fit snugly).

Jacket and shirt sizes are taken pit-to-pit (armpit to armpit); trouser sizes are based on waist and inseam measurements.

Free 24hr UK delivery on orders over £60. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, go out the next working day.

Royal Mail 24 (tracked) typically arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch, and Royal Mail 48 (tracked) 3–5 working days after dispatch — both are estimates rather than guarantees. A Guaranteed Next Day service is also available for £24.99 (order before 1pm Mon–Thu for next-day arrival; Friday orders arrive the following Monday).

We do ship internationally via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL and DPD, though delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility, and customs delays don't count as late delivery. Get in touch if you'd like to check delivery to your country before ordering.

UK orders can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receipt; international orders within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels still attached — items with tags removed aren't eligible for a refund.

Return postage is paid by the customer and isn't reimbursed, so we'd recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost on the way back to us.
