The pair of boots I received looked nothing like the ones in the picture even though I paid for the higher grade. Cuts and grazes in the toe area very disappointed

The boots arrived as described, 1st quality with plenty of life in them, did a 7.5 mile'r the first weekend I had them, very comfortable with not so much as a hotspot. Delivery was extremely fast.
Good Delivery! Great sleeping bag for the money! The dry bag is nice which is the stuff sack, but the straps are illogical. I may just cut them off. I made a Cowboy bed roll with the bag! Water proof biviy on the outside and poncho surrounding it all. By the way, the bag was warm, and with ground padding underneath and my wool blanket I will be very warm! Thank You!

Lighter than my Altbergs, but perfecr in the wide fitting with room for decent boot socks.

I had never received the item. I ordered to neighbour accidentally and sought to resolve this issue via email with the company to no avail. They never responded in any way to my email
I ordered a ruck sack and was sent a duffle bag instead. The bag was used and covered in mud. The bag has holes in it. I have emailed twice, with photos, but not received an outcome and feel completely ripped off.

Is this genuine military surplus?
Yes. We stock authentic issued military equipment, not replicas: combat boots, clothing, webbing, rucksacks and field kit sourced as genuine surplus. Our own-brand Battalion range is clearly marked as new, not surplus.
What do the condition grades mean?
Super Grade: excellent used condition with very minimal signs of wear. Grade 1: good used condition, may show light wear, marks, fading or previous owner identification, but fully serviceable. Grade 2: heavily used but serviceable. See the Sizing & Condition Guide.
How do I pick the right size?
Military sizing differs from high-street sizing. Boots are UK sizes; jackets use NATO height/chest and trousers leg/waist/seat. Our size guide has the conversions.
How fast is delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £100 (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Under £100 it is £4.99 for Tracked 24 or £3.99 for Tracked 48. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Tracked 24 usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch; both services are estimates, not guarantees.
