At Raid Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth process. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Period:

  • You may return items for a full refund of the original order price within 60 days of receipt (30 days for international orders).
  • Items returned after the specified return period will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. They should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Please ensure that all tags and labels remain intact on the items being returned. We cannot offer refunds for items where the tags have been removed.

Return Postage:

  • Please note that we do not refund the cost of return postage. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

Lost Items:

  • We recommend tracking your returned orders as we cannot be held accountable for any lost items during the return process.

Returns Address:

  • Kindly send your returns to the return address on the shipping label

Upon receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the stated criteria for a refund. Once approved, we will process the refund for the original order price.
