These terms apply to every wholesale, trade and bulk order supplied by Raid Supply Ltd ("we", "us"). They apply to business buyers only. Paying a wholesale invoice confirms that you are buying in the course of a business and that you accept these terms.
1. Minimum order
The minimum wholesale order is £250 per order, across any mix of lines. We may agree a smaller first order at our discretion. Orders below the minimum are supplied at retail prices through raidsupply.com.
2. How ordering works
- You tell us what you need: products, sizes, grades and quantities.
- We confirm what we can supply and the price by email.
- We pick, grade, count and pack the order from stock we physically hold.
- Once the order is packed we send an invoice listing exactly what is in the boxes, plus carriage.
- You pay the invoice in full. We dispatch on cleared payment.
No contract exists until we issue an invoice. An email quote is an offer of availability, not a reservation.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate and shown on the invoice. Trade prices are specific to the quantity and the stock offered at the time and may change without notice until an invoice is issued. Carriage is quoted on the invoice unless a price is stated as delivered.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full by bank transfer before dispatch. We do not currently offer credit accounts. Invoices are payable within 3 working days of issue. If an invoice is not paid in that time we may cancel it, unpack the order and return the stock to sale without further notice.
5. Stock and availability
Everything we sell wholesale is genuine military surplus. Supply is finite and most lines cannot be reordered once they are gone. All offers are subject to prior sale. We may limit the quantity of any line supplied to one buyer, and we may decline any order.
6. Grading and condition
Goods are issued surplus and are sold by grade:
- Super Grade – the best of the used stock, light signs of use.
- Grade 1 – used and fully serviceable, with normal wear such as scuffs, creasing, fading or marks.
- Grade 2 – heavier wear, may have repairs, marks or minor faults, still usable.
Shade, labels, laces, insoles and minor details vary between items. Photographs are representative. In mixed-size job lots the sizes are picked from stock at the time of packing and cannot be specified unless a size breakdown is written on the invoice.
7. Delivery, risk and title
We dispatch from the UK by courier or pallet. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full. For orders leaving the UK, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and for making sure the goods can lawfully be imported.
8. Shortages, damage and returns
Check the delivery against the invoice. Tell us about any shortage, transit damage or item materially below the invoiced grade within 3 working days of delivery, with photographs, at sales@raidsupply.com. Where a claim is accepted we will, at our choice, replace the affected items or credit or refund their invoiced value. Wholesale orders cannot be returned for change of mind, unsold stock or size swaps. The consumer returns policy on raidsupply.com does not apply to trade orders.
9. Reselling
You may resell the goods. You must describe their condition accurately and must not present used surplus as new. You may not use the Raid Supply name, logo or product photographs without our written permission.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. General
We may update these terms; the version on this page on the date of your invoice applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
