Refund Policy

Ex-forces and surplus sizing runs differently to high-street kit — if something you've ordered isn't right, send it back.

Return Window

You have 60 days from receipt for UK orders, or 30 days for international orders, to return an item for a full refund of the item price. Outside that window, we can't process a refund.

Trying Items On

Try it on to check the fit — that's expected, same as you'd do in a shop. Try boots indoors on a clean surface and keep tags and packaging until you're sure.

What we can't take back: anything worn outdoors or used in the field, items washed or altered, or items with tags removed.

If something comes back showing wear beyond trying it on, we'll deduct from the refund to reflect the reduction in value rather than reject the return outright.

Return Postage

Return postage is on you. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund or replace items lost on the way back to us. Keep your proof of postage.

Returns Address

Send returns to the address on your shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving it back.
