Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 are estimated services, not guaranteed. The timeframes above are Royal Mail's delivery aims and begin from dispatch, not from the moment you place your order. Only our Guaranteed Next Day service carries a delivery guarantee.
Delivery Times May Vary
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, delivery times can occasionally be longer for reasons outside our control, including:
- Royal Mail or courier network delays, industrial action, or local staffing shortages
- Peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales
- Severe weather or transport disruption
- Incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses
- Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland
- Customs inspection and processing on international orders
Delays of this nature do not qualify orders for cancellation, refund, or chargeback, as the goods remain in transit and will be delivered. If your order is delayed, please contact us before raising a dispute — we can track every parcel and resolve issues far faster than a dispute process can.
Late or Missing Parcels
In line with Royal Mail policy, a UK parcel is not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date, and an international parcel until 25 working days. Once these periods have passed, contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and any safe places at the property, then contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Guaranteed Next Day Service
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday–Thursday on the Guaranteed Next Day service are delivered the next working day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Friday are delivered Monday (excluding bank holidays). If a guaranteed delivery arrives late, we will refund the delivery charge in full. This refund applies to the shipping fee only, not the order value.
Your Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided and cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or re-dispatch at the standard shipping rate.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing delays in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Customs delays do not qualify as late delivery.
