Dutch Norgie Cold Weather Thermal Base Layer Fleece
Originally developed by the Norwegians in Scandinavia, the norgie top has been adopted by numerous armies around the round. Most notably by the Dutch these jumpers are issued to the dutch army to keep out arctic cold conditions. A good bit of kit and will provide some extra warmth. Designed as a base layer.
