Description
The full PCS thermal layering system - smock, Norgie fleece, thermal top and thermal bottoms. Four genuine issued garments, one size choice.
Four genuine issued British Army PCS garments, sold as one order in one size and one grade. Cheaper than buying the four listings separately, and nothing is missing from the system.
How the four layers work
Layer 1 · Base — thermal bottoms. Issued brown long johns. Wick sweat off the skin so you do not get cold the moment you stop moving.
Layer 1 · Base — long sleeve thermal top. The matching issued base layer top. Flat seams, no chafe under webbing or a bergen.
Layer 2 · Mid — PCS Norgie fleece. Light olive issued fleece. Traps the warm air the base layer holds and keeps it there.
Layer 3 · Outer — PCS thermal smock. Buffalo-style insulated smock. Cuts the wind and seals the whole system in.

The smock is cut to be worn over the fleece and base layer, so there is no need to size up. One size covers all four garments — sizes cannot be mixed on the set.
Condition grades
Super Grade is the best of the issued stock — little to no visible wear, no repairs, colour still strong.
Grade 1 is genuine used issued kit in good serviceable condition: expect light fading, minor marks and wear consistent with service use, with all zips, buttons and seams working.

Delivery
Free UK 24hr delivery on orders over £75. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your order is dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
30-day returns. If the size or condition isn’t right, send it back for an exchange or refund. Returns cover the complete set rather than single items.
